Sustainability Commitment and Green Fee

At Studio Beige, we take environmental responsibility seriously. We operate as a green salon and prioritize practices that reduce water usage, energy consumption, and environmental impact without compromising luxury or service quality.

We use biodegradable single use tools in place of traditional commercial laundry systems to conserve water and reduce pollution. We do not operate commercial laundry machines and partner exclusively with ethically sourced and environmentally conscious brands.

To support these initiatives, a small eco contribution is applied per visit
$2 Green Fee for color or chemical services
$1 Green Fee for non chemical services when biodegradable tools are used

This contribution helps sustain our environmentally responsible practices and is acknowledged at the time of booking.

Extensions Cancellation Policy

Extension services require dedicated time, preparation, and scheduling.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time are subject to a 50 percent service charge based on the scheduled service total.

We kindly ask that all cancellations or changes be made more than 24 hours in advance, either online or by phone, to avoid this fee.

By booking an extension appointment with Studio Beige, you agree to this cancellation policy.

Color Correction Cancellation Policy

Color correction services require extended appointment times and detailed preparation.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time are subject to a 50 percent service charge based on the scheduled service total.

Product Refund Policy

For health, safety, and sanitation reasons, all product sales are final.

Once a product leaves Studio Beige, we cannot guarantee whether it has been opened, used, or altered. For this reason, refunds are not offered on retail products, only exchanges or store credit.

Clients are encouraged to consult with their stylist prior to purchase for recommendations and guidance to ensure the best product selection.

Aftercare Responsibility

Results depend on proper maintenance and adherence to aftercare instructions provided by your stylist. Studio Beige is not responsible for diminished results due to failure to follow recommended aftercare guidelines.

Photography and Marketing Authorization

By receiving services at Studio Beige, you authorize the use of before and after photos or videos for educational, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

Client Disclosure and Liability

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding medical history, allergies, sensitivities, and prior hair services.

Studio Beige is not liable for adverse reactions or outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
