TANIA CRAWFORDMeet Tania Crawford, the founder and creative force behind Studio Beige. With over a decade of experience and more than 6,000 transformations, Tania is recognized for her natural, seamless approach to luxury extension artistry and modern hair enhancement. Her work spans celebrity clients, television, and film, and is rooted in European standards of refinement, technique, and timeless beauty.
Studio Beige was founded as a reflection of her philosophy. Elevated yet effortless. Ethical, intentional, and deeply client centered. Every detail of the space and experience is designed to feel calm, refined, and confidence building, allowing guests to feel supported, seen, and unapologetically themselves.
Beyond the salon, Tania is also the founder of Shadowing On Demand and the 100k plus Luxury Stylist Retreats, where she mentors stylists around the world in both artistry and business growth. Her work bridges beauty, leadership, and empowerment, shaping the future of luxury hair through education, integrity, and vision.
Olivia HyderMeet Olivia, a stylist beginning her professional journey with intention and heart. A graduate of Elite School of Cosmetology, Olivia was born and raised in Fort Walton Beach and has always known she wanted a career centered on helping people feel confident and truly shine.
She is currently assisting master stylist Jennifer Perlewitz while continuing to develop her skills behind the chair. Olivia is deeply motivated by creating an environment that feels welcoming, calming, and genuinely personal, where guests leave not only looking their best but feeling it as well.
Outside the salon, Olivia enjoys quiet moments over coffee, coastal sunsets, time with family and friends, and a grounding faith that inspires her daily life.
Jennifer PerlewitzMeet Jennifer Perlewitz, a master stylist with 18 years of industry experience. Trained at the Vici Aveda Institute in Milwaukee, where she was born and raised, Jennifer brings a refined, intentional approach to every guest experience.
Her expertise lies in elevated extension work and custom color. She specializes in hand tied, sew in extensions, and k tips, paired with lived in blondes, rich brunettes, and beautifully balanced reds. She also believes deeply in the power of a great haircut, especially a well-crafted bob in any form it takes.
Outside the salon, Jennifer draws inspiration from food, music, travel, nature, and life with her dog.
Faith HallMeet Faith, a hairstylist and assistant working closely alongside Tania Crawford. A recent graduate of hair school, she has been hands on in the industry for over a year, refining her craft with intention and care.
Faith is especially drawn to extension artistry and inspired by the transformative power of hair, both in how it looks and how it makes someone feel. She is focused on growth, consistency, and building a meaningful future within luxury beauty.
Outside the salon, Faith enjoys time outdoors, evenings out, life with her dog, and being present with her family. Her faith grounds her in purpose and guides her daily life
